<br />of any necessary investigation and litigation) by any other party arising <br /> <br />out of, or as a result of, Mountain States Video installation, operation or <br /> <br />maintenance of a cable television system within the City's boundaries. <br /> <br />Mountain States Video shall carry insurance, to protect the parties <br /> <br />hereto from and against all claims, demands, actions, judgments, costs, <br /> <br />expenses and liabilities, which may arise or result, directly or indirectly, <br /> <br />from or by reason of any loss, injury or damage to any other party arising <br /> <br />out of, or as a result of Mountain States Video's installation, operation <br /> <br />or maintenance of such a system. The amounts of such insurance against <br /> <br />liability due to physical damage to property shall be not less than <br /> <br />$100,000.00 as to anyone accident, and not less than $300,000.00 aggregate <br /> <br />in any single policy year; and against liability due to bodily injury or to <br /> <br />death of persons not less than $100,000.00 as to any person and not less <br /> <br />than $300,000.00 as to anyone incident. Mountain States Video shall also <br /> <br />carry such insurance as it considers necessary to protect it from all claims <br /> <br />under any Workmen's Compensation Laws in effect that may be applicable <br /> <br />to Mountain States Video. All insurance required by this ordinance shall <br /> <br />be and remain in full fOI:ce and effect for the entire life of this Ordinance, <br /> <br />or as long as Mountain States Video is operating under its terms. <br /> <br />Section 14: -Aceeptance.of License- Mountain States Video <br /> <br />shall signify its acceptance of the license herein granted by filing with <br /> <br />the Director of Finance, not more than ten (10) days after the effective <br /> <br />date of this Ordinance, a written acceptance thereof in the following form: <br /> <br />"Mountain States Video hereby accepts the license <br />granted by Ordinance No. , and all of the <br />terms and provisions thereof, and does hereby <br />waive and releases any right which it may now have, <br />or which it may possess in the future, to contest <br />the validity of said license or of any of the terms <br />or provisions of the Ordinance granting the same." <br /> <br />-9- <br />
