(bb) Trailer.--Any wheeled vehicle, without motive power having an empty weight of more than two thousand pounds, which is designated to be drawn by a motor vehicle and to carry its cargo load wholly upon its own struc- ture and which is generally and commonly used to carry and transport property over the public highways. (dd) Truck.--Any motor vehicle equipped with a body designed to carry property and which is generally and commonly used to carry and transport property over the public highways. (ee) Truck tractor.--Any motor vehicle which is generally and commonly designed and used to draw a semitrailer and its cargo load over the public highways. (ff) Vehicle. --Any device which is capable of moving itself, or of being moved from place to place upon wheels or endless tracks; but such term shall not mean or include any farm tractor or any implement of husbandry designed primarily or exclusively for use and used in agricultural oper- ations, or any device moved by muscular power, or moved exclusively over stationary rails or tracks, or designed to move primarily through the air. ORDINANCE SEC. 2 PENALTIES.--The following penalties, herewith set forth in full, shall apply to this ordinance: (a) It is unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions stated in this ordinance. (b) Every person convicted of a violation of any provisions stated in this ordinance shall be punished by a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment not exceeding ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. ORDINANCE SEC. 3. VALIDITI~.--If any part or parts of this ordinance are for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance.
