<br />~ <br /> <br />and the same is hereby scheduled a.t City Hall, Louisville, Colorado, at 7:30 o'clock <br />P.M. on the 5th day of October, 1971. and that the City Clerk of the City of Louis- <br />ville, be and she is hereby directed to publish notice of said public hearing in the <br />manner and style and pursuant to t.he schedule for such publication prescribed in <br />C.R.S. 139-34-3 (1963). <br /> <br />Section 4. At least t.hree (3) copies of the Uniform Building Code of the <br />International Conference of Building Officials, 1970 Edition, Volume 1, and at least <br />three (3) copies of the 1968 Editi.on of the National Electrical Code published by The <br />National Fire Protection Associati.on, and at least three (3) copies of the 1970 Edition <br />as amended of the Uniform Plumbing Code as published by the International Association <br />of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, except Chapters 12 and 13; and at least three <br />(3) copies of Chapters 37 and 51 as.adopted by the City of Broomfield, Colorado, <br />entitled Chimneys, Vents, Fireplaces and Incinerators Gas Fitting Code, all certified <br />to be true copies, shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado, at least fifteen days preceding said hearing and may be inspected <br />by any interested person between the hours of 8:30 o'clock a.m. and 4:00 o'clock p.m., <br />Monday through Friday. After a public hearing thereon, and final reading and adoption <br />by reference, the Codes as finally adopted shall be available for sale to the public <br />through the office of the City Clerk at a price not to exceed the actual cost to the <br />City plus a 50~ handling charge. <br /> <br />Section 5. Any violation of the Codes adopted herein by the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado, from and after the effective date thereof shall be punishable <br />by a fine not exceeding Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) or imprisonment for a term <br />not exceeding ninety (90) days or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> <br />Section 6. If any part, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase <br />of this ordinance or of the Codes adopted hereby is for any reason held to be invalid, <br />such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance <br />or of said Codes; the City Council hereby declares that it would have passed this <br />ordinance and adopted said Codes in each part, section, subsection, sentence, clause <br />or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that anyone or more parts, sections, sub- <br />sections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared invalid. <br /> <br />Section 7.
