<br />-3- <br /> <br />between the mobile home drain and the sewer standpipe. <br />Such individual mobile home connections shall be so <br />constructed that they can be closed when not linked to <br />a mobilE~ home and shall be capped so as to prevent <br />any escape of odors. <br />The mobile home drain shall be water-tight and self- <br />draining. This drain shall be constructed of smooth <br />plastic pipe or of other material approved by the <br />State Plumbing Code. <br /> <br />Section 2. Article VI of the Regulations is hereby deleted and the <br /> <br />follOwing is adopted in its place, to wit: <br /> <br />6.0 Supervision-Penalties <br /> <br />." <br />~ <br /> <br />6.1 The person to whom a permit for a mobile home park <br />is issued shall at all times operate the park in compliance <br />with this ordinance and regulations issued thereunder, and <br />shall provide adequate supervision to maintain the park, <br />its facilities and equipment in good repair and in a clean <br />and sanitary condition at all times. <br /> <br />6. 2 The~ building inspector may revoke any permit to <br />maintain and operate a mobile home park when the <br />permittee has been found guilty by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction of violating any provision of this ordinance. <br />After such conviction, the permit may be reissued if the <br />circumstances leading to conviction has been remedied <br />and the park is being maintained and operated in full <br />compliance with the law. <br /> <br />6.3 Any person who violates any provision of this <br />ordinance shall upon conviction be punished by a fine <br />of not le!ss than one dollar ($1. 00) nor more than one <br />hundred dollars ($100.00); and each day's failure of <br />compliance with any such provision shall constitute a <br />separate violation. <br /> <br />Section 3. Section 5.4 of said Regulations is hereby deleted and of <br /> <br />no force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 4. That all other ordinances or parts thereof in conflict <br /> <br />with this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED, READ AND ORDERED PUBliSHED this <br /> <br />day <br />
