"MINORS UNDER THE .AGE OF TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS NOT ALLOWED HERE <br />UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY PARENTS.II Failure to so post such sign shall constitute <br />an unlawful act. <br /> <br />29.29 - 5 Curfew; Parents Responsibility. <br />'It sh4al1 be unlawful for any parent. guardian. or other <br />person haVing care or custody of any child under the age of eighteen (18) <br />years to allow or permit any such child to be or remain upon any street. <br />alley. or other p~b1ic place subsequent to the hours of 10:30 P.M.. or prior <br />to the hour of 5:00 A.M.. E!XCept for lawful employment or unless there exists <br />a reasonable necessity ther"eof; or unless such child is accompanied by the <br />parent. guardian. or other person of the age of twenty-one (21) years having <br />permi ssi on of the parent or' guardi an to have the custody and care of such <br />child; provided. that on Fr'iday and Saturday nights the curfew hours for <br />children between the ages elf fiteen (15) and eighteen (18) shall be extended <br />to the hour of 1:00 A.M. with permission of parents. <br />29.29 - 6 Curfew'.
