<br />restaurants and like <br />commerciCiLl and industrial <br />uses <br /> <br />Ordinance currently in effect <br />without regard to that portion <br />of the tap fee that relates <br />to automatic fire protection. <br />The minimum tap fee in any <br />event shall be $600.00 <br /> <br />3. Industrinl Waste <br /> <br />The city of Louisville reserves <br />the right to negotiate tap fees <br />where a commercial user proposes <br />to dump sewage into the Municipal <br />Sewer System which will exceed <br />the safe chemical limits of con- <br />tent established by the Louisville <br />City Engineer or will otherwise <br />create special treatment problems <br />due to chemical content of the <br />sewage <br /> <br />In addition, a $5.00 inspection fee shall be charged for each tap <br />installed. <br /> <br />III. outside of Corporate Limits <br /> <br />Tap fees for property within the boundary lines of the <br />old Louisville Sanitation District shall be the same as the <br />above rates and tap fees for all other properties lying out- <br />side of the corporate limits shall be two (2) times the above <br />stated rates. <br /> <br />Section 3. Sewer Rate Schedule: <br /> I. Residential <br /> Single Family <br /> Multiplet Family <br /> Mobile Home <br /> II. Commercial <br /> Service Stat:ion <br /> Restuarants <br /> Epic <br /> Each School <br /> II[. outside of Corporate Limits <br /> <br />... <br />........ <br /> <br />$3.85 per month per single <br />family dwelling <br />$3.85 per month per dweIling unit <br />$3.85 per month per mobile <br />home space <br /> <br />$4.00 per month <br />$10.00 per month <br />$12.00 per month <br />$12.00 per month <br />$106.00 payable quarterly <br /> <br />All those Sl~wer customers residing within the boundary limits <br />of the old lC.ouisville Sanitation District at the time of its <br />dissolution and without the city limits of Louisville, shall <br />pay in addi'cion to the above rates on a monthly basis, an <br />amount equal to l/l2th of the sum that would be raised by <br />the tax levied by the City of Louisville, Colorado for sewer <br />purposes if such tax could have been levied on the property <br />served. <br />All other sewer customers receiving service outside the city <br />limits of the City of Louisville, Colorado, shall pay two (2) <br />times the rates stated above. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
