<br />systems where the installation of such requires a permit under provisions <br />of this Code or o~her ci~y ordinances governing the same. Such installations <br />shall be made in the following enumerated occupancies only: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Group H occupancies where the floor area of any <br />individual structure or addition does not exceed <br />three thousand (3,000) square feet. <br />Group F - two (2) occupancies where the floor area <br />does not exceed one thousand (1,000) square feet. <br />Group I occupancies where the floor area does not <br />exceed two thousand (2,000) square feet. <br />Group J - unlimited. <br /> <br />(2 ) <br />(3 ) <br />(4 ) <br /> <br />(c) No persons, firms, or corporations who engage in the <br />installation of heating ~)rk shall employ unlicensed helpers unless under <br />the direct supervision of a licensed class "A" or "BII license holder. <br /> <br />(d) No morl~ than two (2) un 1 i censed plumber I s helpers <br />may be emp 1 oyed for each ') i censed mas ter or journeyman 1 i cense holder, <br />without the prior consent of the building inspector. <br /> <br />Sec. 22A-15. Electrical licenses generally. <br /> <br />(a) An electrical license class IIAII master shall entitle the <br />licensee to contract for or do the work of installing electrical wiring or <br />any electrical apparatus \~here such installation requires the issuance of a <br />permit under the provisions of this Code or other city ordinances governing <br />the same in any and all group classifications listed in the Uniform Building <br />Code adopted in this chapter. <br /> <br />(b) An electrical license class IIB" master shall entitle the <br />licensee to contract for and to do the work of installing electrical wiring <br />or any electrical apparatus where such installation requires the issuance <br />of a permit under the provisions of this Code,other'.City ordinances governing <br />the same subject to the following limitations: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Operating potential of electrical apparatus shall <br />not exceed two hUAdred forty (240) volts, excluding <br />lc:lmp ballasts and sign transfonners. <br />The size of service entrance not to exceed one <br />hundred (100) amps. <br /> <br />(c) An electrical license class "C" journeyman shall entitle <br />the individual holding such license to install any electrical wiring or any <br />electrical apparatus where such installation requires the issuance of a <br />permit under the provisions of this Code or other city ordinances governing <br />same. Licensees hereunder may perform the work for which they are licensed <br />only as or in the employ of an electrical license class "A" or IIBII licensee. <br /> <br />(2 ) <br /> <br />(d) No persons, firms, or corporations who engage in the <br />installation of electricall wiring or apparatus shall employ unlicensed <br />helpers unless under the direct supervisions of a licensed class "AII, "BII <br />or IICII licensed electric;cln. <br /> <br />(e) No mOrE! than two (2) unlicensed electrician's helpers <br />may be employed per each l'icensed master or journeyman electrician license <br />holder without the prior consent of the building inspector. <br /> <br />Sec.22A-16.
