Sec. 22A-20. Warm air heating and ventilation license generally. A warm air heating and ventilation license shall entitle the holder thereof to contract for and install warm air heating and ventilation and their appurtenances. All work shall be performed only in accordance with the ~Jarm Air Heating and Ventilating Code. All electrical work shall be performed by a holder of Cl class uAu or UBU electrical license. Sec. 22A-2l. House and building mover's license generally. The holder of a house and building mover's license shall be permitted to contract for and engage in moving of structures, within, into and out of the city limits subject tothe follQwing limitations: (1) NE~W structural alterations, additions and foundation work are to be done by the holder of a builder's llicense class uAu, uBu, or uCu. Pllumbing work necessary in moving and relocating of the structure to be done by the holder of a cllass uAu or uBu plumbing license. Ellectrical work necessary in the moving and relocating of the structure to be done by the holder of a cllass UAU or UBU electrical license. (2 ) (3) Sec. 22A-22. Wrecker's license generally. A wrecker's license shall entitle the holder thereof to contract and engage in the demolitlion of existing structures. All work connected with wrecking and demolishing structures shall be done in accordance with chapter 44 of the Uniform Building Code adopted by this chapter. Sec. 22A-23. Excavating license generally. (a) An excavating license shall entitle the holder thereof to contract for and to do the work of cutting into public rights-of-way and excavating into the public right-of-way and on private property within the city. The holder of an excavating license shall be subject to the pro- visions of the section controlling the excavations and to chapters 28 and 44 of the Uniform Buildin9 Code. (b) The holders of a license under any other section of this chapter shall not be requ;'red to license under this section, but shall be subject to the provisions of this section. Sec. 22A-24. Spec:ial contractor's license generally. A special contractor's license shall entitle the licensee to contract for and to do the! work of a parti cul ar trade or job connected with the building industry excluding the enumel'lated licenses in this division. Such special contractor's license shall be limited to the trade or particular kind of work specified in such license and such other work as may be inci- dental thereto. Sec. 22A-25. Application of division and exception of qualifications for licensees'iwho employ qualified supervisors. (a) Except as otherwise specifically provided, all licenses enumerated in this division shall be issued under authority of and in accordance with the terms and provisions of this section and shall be subject to the supervisor)' clauses contained in this section. -7-
