ALL IN BOULDER COUNTY <br />COLORADO: AND TO VACATE GRANT AVENUE BETWEEN LOTS 5 THROUGH <br />11 IN BLOCK 5 OF PLEASANT HILL ADDITION TO THE TOWN NOW <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND LOTS 5 THROUGH 11 IN BLOCK 6 OF <br />PLEASANT HILL ADDITION TO THE TOWN NOW CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />IN BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. That the portion of the alley running North and South <br />between Lots 1 through 5, Block 6 of Pleasant Hill Addition to the Town now <br />City of Louisville and Lots 7 through 11, Jefferson Place, a subdivision <br />of the Town now City of Louisville, all in Boulder County, Colorado, according <br />to the recorded plats thereof, be and the same is hereby vacated and cancelled <br />for alley purposes, and the City disclaiming all interest therein, and the <br />title thereto is vested in the owners of the abutting property, as is provided <br />by law. <br />_Section 2. That the portion of the Avenue known as Grant Avenue <br />running North and South between Lots 5 through 11 in Block 5 of Pleasant <br />Hill Addition to the Town now City of Louisville and Lots 5 through 11 in <br />Block 6 of Pleasant Hill Addition to the Town now City of Louisville, Boulder <br />County, Colorado, according to the recorded plats thereof, be and the same <br />is hereby vacated and cancelled for aifenue and street purposes, and the <br />City disclaiming all interest therein, and the title thereto is vested in the <br />owners of the abutting'property as is provided by law. <br />Section 3. That an emergency exists for the vacation of said alleys <br />and street in that immediate construction of a park facility is necessary <br />for the use of Federal Government funds which may be I.ost in the event of a <br />time delay and that therefore the City Council of Louisville finds and <br />determines that the adoption of this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of the public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of <br />the City of Louisville and that this Ordinance shall be effective as the <br />law provides after adoption and publication. <br />Introduced, read, and ordered'published this 4 day of 1)1)12R.6L, <br />3" 'day of <br />1973. <br />Passed and adopted on second and final reading this <br />fir 1 , 1973. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />7) I ;,,.,i. r <br />City C erk <br />
