ORDINANCE NO. 414 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, ON PETITION OF THE LOWELL BOULEVARD CORPORATION BY ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICER MALCOLM E. COLLIER OF CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE E 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 AND THE W 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 5, IN TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE'fii9 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado FINDS: That a petition by the Lowell Boulevard Corporation by its respective officer Malcolm E. Collier proposing to annex to the City of Louisville the territory hereinafter described, was filed with the Clerk of the City of Louisville on That said petition was properly signed by one hundred percent of the land owners of the area to be annexed and that said petition and the maps and documents attached thereto meet the requirements for the same as provided by law; That more than one-sixth of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the city limits of the City of Louisville; That a community of interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; That the territory proposed to be annexed will be urbanized in the near future and that the territory proposed to be aRRexed is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That said petition of annexation describes the property to be annexed to the City of Louisville, Colorado, as follows which property is situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, to-wit: A tract of land situated in the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 5, in Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., described as follows:
