~, '-- ORDINANCE NO. /.f 3 iJ THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE: APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY TO DEFRAY EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, FOR THE CITY'S FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1974, AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER, 1974. WHEREAS, The City Council has, by resolution, adopted a bucjget for the City for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1974, and ending on the last day of December 1974, a.nd; WHEREAS, the City Council, has, by resolution, made the proper tax levy in mills upon each dollar of the total assessed valuation of all tax- able property within the City such levy representing the amount of taxes for City purposes necessary to provide for payment during the City's said fiscal year of all properly authorized demands upon the treasury, and; WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of making appropriations for the ensuing fiscal year. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUIS- VILLE, COLORADO. Section 1.
