ORDINANCE NO. 283 AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX TO THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO~ THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY SITUATE IN THE COU~lY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED AS FOLWWS: "Beginning at a point where the Section Line dividing Section 17 and Section 8 in Township 1 South, Range 69 West cf the 6th P.~1. intersects with the West line of johnson's First Addition to the Town of Louis- ville, Colorado; thence South along the West line of said johnson's First Addition to the Town of Louisville a distance of 170 feet to the true point of beginning; thence West 70 feet; thence South and parallel with the West line of said johnson's First Addition to the Town of Louisville, a distance of 367 feet; thence East 70 feet to the West line of said johnson's First Addition to the Town of Louisville extended South; thence North a.long the extended West line and the West line of johnson's First Addition to the Town of Louisville 367 feet1 more or less, to the true point of beginning."
