<br />ORDINANCE NO. 283 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX TO THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO~ <br />THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY SITUATE IN THE COU~lY OF <br />BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED AS FOLWWS: <br /> <br />"Beginning at a point where the Section Line dividing Section 17 and <br />Section 8 in Township 1 South, Range 69 West cf the 6th P.~1. intersects <br />with the West line of johnson's First Addition to the Town of Louis- <br />ville, Colorado; thence South along the West line of said johnson's <br />First Addition to the Town of Louisville a distance of 170 feet to the <br />true point of beginning; thence West 70 feet; thence South and parallel <br />with the West line of said johnson's First Addition to the Town of <br />Louisville, a distance of 367 feet; thence East 70 feet to the West <br />line of said johnson's First Addition to the Town of Louisville <br />extended South; thence North a.long the extended West line and the West <br />line of johnson's First Addition to the Town of Louisville 367 feet1 <br />more or less, to the true point of beginning." <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOi~ OF LOUISVILLE, <br /> <br />COLORADO: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, On the 6th day of November1 1956, pursuant to the provisions <br /> <br />of the Statutes of the State of Colorado, there was filed with the Board of <br /> <br />Trustees, Town of Louisville, Colorado, a Petition for Annexation of property <br /> <br />to the Town of Louisville, Colorado; <br /> <br />AtI.'D lNHEREAS t Pursuant to the Statutes of the State of Colorado, public <br /> <br />notice was duly given by publication of notice of said Petition; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />l~ The following described property situate in the County of Boulder, <br /> <br />State of Colorado, hereinafter described as follOWS: <br /> <br />"Beginning at a point where the Section line dividing Section 17 and <br />Section 8 in Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. intersects <br />with the West line of johnson's First Addition to the Town of Louis- <br />ville, Colorado; thence South along the West line of said johnson's <br />First Addition to the Town of Louisville a distance of 170 feet to the <br />true point of beginning; thence West 70 feet; thence South and parallel <br />with the West line of said johnson's First Addition to the Town of <br />Louisville, a distance of 367 feet; thence East 70 feet to the West <br />line of said johnson's First Addition to the Town of Louisville extended <br />South; thence North along the extended West line and the West line of <br />johnson's First Addition to the Town of Louisville 367 feet, more or <br />less, to the true point of beginning." <br /> <br />is hereby annexed by the Town of Louisville, Colorado. <br /> <br />2.
