Rule 17. The Town of Louisville resor';es the right upon a reasonable notice to shut off Its mains for the purnone of making repairs or extensions, or any other purpose, and no claim shall be made against the Town by reason or the breaka7e of any sor'ice pipe or service cock, or from any other dosage, nab may result frwm shutting off the water or re:-,airin(r, ant] laying or relaying ma ns, hydrants or any other connections. Rule 18. A fee of Two Dollars (2.00) will be charged :in all cases for turning on water, except incase of turning; ws ter into the preoisos for the first time after water service is established therein, or in case peemises are vacated and the water has been turned off by the water department for its own protection, or in case the water has been turned off because of a break in the service connection or piped. Rule 19. Whoever shall be himself, or by any other person acting under this authority, use or take water from any part of the water works aforesaid without a license or Hermit, or shall, without authority from said water de,:artment, open or hitch to, take out, curb box or vemoveany fire plug or hydrant, stop cock valve, valve box or any other fixtures pertainint; to said water 1orka, or shall tamper with or damage any water meter or shall let on or shut off water into or from any water pipe where ever situated without authority, license or permit from the Town, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction therefore shall be fined not less than Five dollars, nor more than fifty Dollars. Rule 20. All water rates shall be charged against the property on which it is furnished and against the owner thereof, and if from any cause any sums owin» therefore become delinquent, and the water shall be turned off and in no case shall it be turned on to the same property until all such delinquencies shall have been paidin full. Change of ownership or occupation shall not effect the application of this section. Rule 21. All accounts for water shall be kept in the name of the owner of the property and not in the name of any tenent, and the owner only, or his legal authorized agent, shall be held responsible for water rents provided that persond hold- ing; under a lease may be supplied on their own account where it is impracticable to keep the account in the name of the owner. Rule 22. In all cases where water is shut off from a consumer for violation of the rules and regulations herein set forth, a forty-eight hour written notice will be given in accordance with the rules and regulation of the Public Utilities Commission governing water utilities in the State of Cellorado. Rule 23. The Town of Louisville reserves the right to refuse to suprly water, water lines or water mains to property owners where the cost of such water, water lines or water mains, derived there from, will be greater than the revenue. Rule 24. In each and every violation of the rules and regulations established) by this ordinance, the offending party shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and unon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than 05.00 nor more than ''v50.00. Rule 25. All swimming pools, public, private or eomm- orcial shall be metered, and all property upon which a swimming pool is located shall be metered. SECTION 8. Whenever any person shall have been convicted any second time of a violation of any one or more of the provisions of thAs Ordinance, the Board of Trustees may, re- gerdless of any fine or thther penalty assessed or inflicted against him for such second violation, order the premises and use of such person metered for any future use of water on the same premises by such consumer ihnless his water service has been shut off for such violation, in which case same may be only -g-
