"1 <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENTS ~ <br /> <br />No Final Plat shal I be approved by the Board of Trustees <br />unless it is possible, without undue delay, to supply the fol lowing <br />I "'provementa: <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />Permanent survey monuments shal I be set at al I corners of the <br />subdivision and at such other locations as may be specified <br />by the Town Engineer. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Public water, sanitar sewer and storm sewer mains shal I be <br />Instal Ie n accor ance wIth des gn and construction requlre- <br />~ents established by the Board of Trustees. In addition, the <br />subdivider May be required to provide an adequate water sup~ly <br />for his tract wrere such area can not be adequately served by <br />the existing sc 'rce of supply of the Town. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Surface Improvements (sidewalks, curbs and gutters, culver-h, <br />bridges, pavement of streets and alleys, street signs and <br />other such necessary improvements) shal I be constructed by <br />the subdivider In accordance with plans and specifications <br />approved by the Board of Trustees and after construction wi I I <br />be subject to Inspection and approval by the Town Engineer. <br />All required Improvements shall be completed In accordance <br />with grades officially established by the Town. <br /> <br />Before the Board of Trustees shal I accept a Final Plat, the <br />subdivider or owner shall have laid out and constructed al I <br />improvements specified by the Board of Trustees for completion <br />at such tlmeJ or In lieu thereof, the subdivider or owner <br />she I I have entered into a written agreement with the Town of <br />Loulsvl I Ie wherein the subdivider shal I agree to ~ke such Im- <br />provements and when required by the Board of Trustees, she' I <br />have deposited a bond with sufficient sureties thereon ap- <br />proved by the Town guarantying his faithful perfor.ance of his <br />covenants therein made, or have deposited sufficient funds in <br />escrow with the Town to cover the cost of such ImproveMents. <br />Such bonds or such funds guarantying the performance of the <br />subdivider's covenants shal t be in an amount at least equal to <br />125% of the then current cost of performing the covenants <br />therein made by the subdivider. <br /> <br />- <{- <br />
