<br />~ I).t: <br />.Y. .. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 322 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 23 OF THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, <br />ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE IN REIATION TO TOWN OFFICERS". <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TIlE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />That Sectil 4 of Ordinance No. 23 be amended to read as follows:- <br /> <br />"SOCTION 4. Each and every Officer of the Town of Louisville who <br /> <br />shall be appointed as an officer of said Town, need not be a resident of the <br /> <br />Town of Louisville at the time said officer is appointed, however, all of such <br /> <br />Officers, except the Town Attorney, Town Engineer and Health Officer, shall, <br /> <br />within ninety days of his appointment, if not already a resident of the Town <br /> <br />of Louisville, become a resident of the said Town of Louisville, and when <br /> <br />any such Officer shall thereafter remove his residence from the said Town of <br /> <br />Louisville he shall be deemed to have vacated his Office and said Office, in <br /> <br />such case, shall thereby be declared ipso facto vacant. <br /> <br />All other Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordin- <br /> <br />ance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />In the opinion of the Board of Trustees it is hereby declared that an <br /> <br />emergency exists, that this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preser- <br /> <br />vation of the public peace, health and safety, and therefore it shall take <br /> <br />effect immediately upon its introduction and passage and publication in <br /> <br />accordance with the provisions of the statutes of the State of Colorado. <br /> <br />Introduced, read, passed and adopted this 7th day of April, 1961. <br /> <br />Mayor. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />o d u~ <{"~W/~n //'A'2 <br />
