CONSENT AGENDA The following items on the City Council Agenda are considered routine by the City Manager and shall be approved, adopted, accepted, etc., by motion of the City Council and roll call vote unless the Mayor or a City Council person specifically requests that such item be considered under "Regular Business." In such an event the item shall be removed from the "Consent Agenda" and Council action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. Those items so approved under the heading "Consent Agenda" will appear in the Council Minutes in their proper order. A. Approval of Bills B. Approval of Minutes (9/21/04) C. Award Bid to Noraa Concrete and Construction Corporation for Callahan Trail and Reclamation Project D. Award Bid to Swanhorst & Cutler for Financial Auditing Services E. Proclamation - National Literacy Month F. Proclamation - U.S, Constitution Week 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA It is requested that public comments be limited to 3 minutes. When several people wish to speak on the same position on a given item, they are requested to select a spokesperson to state that position. 6. COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA (Council general comments are scheduled at the end of the Agenda.) 7. REGULAR BUSINESS Citizen Information If you wish to speak at the City Council meeting, please fill out a sign-up card and present it to the City Clerk. Persons with disabilities planning to attend the meeting who need sign language interpretation, assisted listening systems, Braille, taped material, or special transportation, should contact Belinda, Goebel at 303335-4533. A forty-eight-hour notice is requested.
