Open Space Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Wednesday, November 9th, 2011 <br />Louisville Library <br />st <br />1 Floor Meeting Room <br />951 Spruce Street <br />7:00pm <br />I. Call to Order <br /> – Chairperson Tom Davinroy called the meeting to order at 7 <br />pm. <br />II. Roll Call <br /> was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Tom Davinroy, Alison Gorsevski, Justin <br />McClure, Linda Smith, Helen Moshak, Mike Schantz <br />Board Members Absent: David Waldman (resigned) and Spencer Guthrie <br />Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull & Joe Stevens <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br /> – Linda moved to approve the agenda. Justin <br />seconded. The motion was unanimous. <br />IV. Approval of Meeting Minutes <br />– Linda moved to approve the minutes from <br />the Oct. 14, 2011 meeting. Helen seconded. Minutes were approved as written. <br />V. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda - <br />None <br />I. Staff Updates – <br />a. <br />The “De Haunting” program went off, after all. There were 85 people in <br />attendance.
