Set Boundaries of the Neighborhood and Public Hearing — New <br /> Tavern Liquor License — LuLu's BBQ, LLC d/b/a LuLu's BBQ — 701 <br /> B Main St. <br /> Lipton moved the Authority set the boundaries of the neighborhood as the <br /> boundaries of the City of Louisville and set the public hearing for the next <br /> meeting of the Authority, March 28, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. Carlson seconded. Roll <br /> Call Vote: Gunning —yes, Lipton — yes, Carlson — yes, Rommelfanger— yes and <br /> Machado — yes. <br /> Police Department Reports <br /> Sergeant Lanphere introduced Officer Ben Redard to the Authority. Sergeant <br /> Lanphere asked Officer Redard to help provide Police Department representation <br /> to the Authority which would add scheduling flexibility for Sergeant Lanphere and <br /> Officer Gordanier. <br /> Secretary's Report <br /> Hanson stated the draft of the Rules of Procedure for Medical Marijuana. <br /> Businesses was placed in front of the Authority members before the meeting. <br /> • Authority Attorney Culley commented the members would have time to review <br />
