Wilson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Machado — <br /> yes, Rommelfanger— yes, Wilson — yes and Lipton —yes. <br /> C. Transfer Application — Down Under LLC d/b/a Down Under Liquor— <br /> Retail Liquor Store License — 1140 Pine Street #1 <br /> Terry Ide, owner and president of Down Under Liquor, introduced himself to the <br /> Authority. He stated he took over the store and hopes to bring more wine and attract <br /> more customers to the downtown area. Lipton moved the Authority approve the transfer <br /> of ownership for Down Under LLC d/b/a Down Under Liquor. Rommelfanger seconded. <br /> - Roll Call Vote: Machado — yes, Rommelfanger— yes, Wilson — yes and Lipton — yes. <br /> Transfer approved. <br /> D. Modification of Premises — BCT, LLC d/b/a BOB's Sandwich Shop — <br /> Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License — 820 Main St. Suite 100 <br /> Bob's Sandwich Shop has made improvements in the interior of the building as well as <br /> added tables on the sidewalk requiring this modification. Rommelfanger moved the <br /> modification of premises be approved. Wilson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Machado — <br /> yes, Rommelfanger— yes, Wilson — yes and Lipton — yes. <br /> • A. Public Hearing — New Tavern Liquor License - LuLu's BBQ, LLC d/b/a <br /> LuLu's BBQ — 701B Main St. <br /> Wilson re-opened the public hearing on the new license application. Secretary Hanson <br /> stated the application was complete and included in the Authority packet. Background <br /> checks revealed no criminal history other than noted on the individual histories and the <br /> hearing had been posted and published in accordance with state law. <br /> No objections were entered to the boundaries of the neighborhood being the city limits <br /> of the City of Louisville. Wilson moved the entire application as contained in the <br /> Authority packets be made a part of the record of this hearing. Rommelfanger <br /> seconded. All in favor. <br /> Kevin Herrington, 2542 Franklin Avenue, Louisville, CO introduced himself to the <br /> Authority and took the oath. Wilson asked for an applicant presentation. Mr. Herrington <br /> stated he and his business partner, Joshua Karp, were planning a barbeque restaurant <br /> as an extension of the Waterloo. He stated the hours would normally be 11 am until 11 <br /> pm, closing a little sooner if the weather was not conducive to patio seating. He stated <br /> they would be sharing the building with the Cactus Wheel. He described the fences <br /> separating the patios of the two establishments. He reported they would like to open in <br /> May. Authority members asked the Police Department representatives if there were any <br /> issues with shared restroom facilities and/or the shared space. Sergeant Lanphere <br /> stated he did not anticipate any problems at this point. <br /> Wilson closed the public hearing. <br />
