All in favor.
Shaun Gindi, 1116-7 W. Dillon Road, Louisville, CO, owner of Compassionate Pain
Management, introduced himself to the Authority and took the oath. He stated he was
very happy to be a part of the Louisville community. He said it felt good to have built
this business, employ several people and help people as well.
There were some questions about the number of people the center served. He stated
and Rachael Gillette, his attorney, confirmed, it was very difficult to know how many
patients have named you as their center. Right now, there is no way to verify it.
Attorney Culley reminded the Authority the City of Louisville does not recognize the
different classes of licenses according to the number of patients even though the
Authority adopted the state application.
Mr. Gindi was asked about tracking sales. He said in this business an owner has to
have a healthy respect for it and manage well.
Mr. Gindi was asked about the criminal history which seemed to be mostly speeding
tickets. He stated he had a red license for a time and fixed the problem after that.
• He was asked if he met the residency requirements. He stated he was a resident of the
State of Colorado on December of 2009.
