Renewal Application — Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License —ZRC <br /> Operations Company, Inc. d/b/a Qdoba Mexican Grill —459 S. McCaslin <br /> Blvd., Suite 1 <br /> Gunning called for any changes to the consent agenda. Lipton moved the consent <br /> agenda be approved. Wilson seconded. All in favor. Consent agenda approved. <br /> Authority Business <br /> A. Transfer by Operation of Law—4901 York Street LLC and California Building <br /> LLC d/b/a Colony Square II — Unit 1132-1 — Hotel and Restaurant Liquor <br /> License_— 1132 W. Dillon Road, Unit 1 <br /> Chairperson Gunning stated this was a transfer by operation of law. Authority members <br /> asked for clarification on a transfer by operation of law and if any different procedure <br /> • needed to be followed. Attorney Culley stated the premises had been taken over by the <br /> landlord by eviction and they were transferring the liquor license to themselves in an <br /> effort to make the property more attractive for future tenants. In this case there <br /> happens to be two limited liability companies who jointly hold the property. No other <br /> difference in the transfer of the license exists. Attorney Culley noted the landlord did not <br /> intend to operate a business on the premises. <br /> Lipton moved the Authority accept the transfer of the liquor license to 4901 York Street <br /> LLC and California Building LLC d/b/a Colony Square II — Unit 1132-1. Carlson <br /> seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lipton — yes, Rommelfanger— yes, Carlson — yes, Wilson - <br /> yes and Gunning — yes. Transfer approved. <br /> B. Special Events Permit Application — Heritage House — 8/20/11 Event at <br /> Steinbaugh Pavilion <br /> Rommelfanger stated he was glad to see the police department had been contacted to <br /> participate with the security for this event. <br /> Carlson moved the Authority approve the application for a special events permit for <br /> Heritage House for the event on 8/20/11. Wilson seconded. All in favor. Permit <br /> approved. Roll Call Vote: Lipton — yes, Rommelfanger— yes, Carlson — yes, Wilson - <br /> yes and Gunning — yes. Permit approved. <br /> • C.
