<br /> <br />APPROVED 09/18/07 <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />July 18, 2007 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 PM <br /> <br />Call to Order - Chair Loeblich called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM. <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Horst Loeblich, Chair <br />James Stewart, Vice-chair <br />John Weise <br />Gunnar Malmquist <br /> <br />Board Members Absent: Gerry Kelly <br />Bill Cordell <br />Wayne Chancellor, associate member <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Jolene Schwertfeger, Administrative Assistant <br />and Recording Secretary <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda - Weise moved and Loeblich seconded a motion to approve the <br />agenda. Motion passed by voice vote. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes - Staff advised the Board that the approval of the April 18, 2007 <br />meeting minutes would need to wait until other members are present, specifically Kelly, <br />Cordell and Chancellor. Stuart, Weise and Malmquist were not present at that meeting <br />and therefore can not vote for approval. <br /> <br />Public Comments - Items Not on the Agenda - None heard. <br /> <br />Regular Business - Items Requesting Withdrawal <br /> <br />~ 341 W.
