The Old Town Overlay District was originally established to provide a zoning overlay <br />that would require redevelopment to retain attributes compatible with the historic <br />downtown area and the historical residential neighborhoods. It regulates lot coverage, <br />floor area ratio (FAR), setbacks and building height. <br />
