Case Managers: Paul Wood, Planning Director and Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br /> <br />Conflict ofInterest and Disclosure: Deborski stated his family owns property within the HWY <br />42 Area. He recused himself for the remainder of the meeting. <br /> <br />Public Notice Verification: <br />Wood stated the hearing had been continued from a previous meeting thus the notice was re- <br />posted in the required locations. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />Wood reviewed the email from John Leary and requested a motion to enter the document into <br />public record. <br /> <br />Wood stated the primary purpose for the meeting is a page by page review of the documents. He <br />summarized the process that has been two years in the making. <br /> <br />Members of the Public: <br />Lipton requested the Commission allow for public comment prior to the page by page review. <br />The Commission indicated consensus to that suggestion. <br /> <br />Kent Bagley, 90 Madison St. #300, Denver, stated he is a Planning Consultant and is serving as <br />an advisor to Aggregate Industries, a property owner in the HWY 42 area. He noted there have <br />been conversations between staff and Aggregate Industries during the past 3-4 months. <br />Following is a summary of his discussion: <br />. review of the site <br />. location for FasTracks Station <br />. the company is moving forward with a proposal to its parent company with the <br />following points: <br />. re-zoning the property with a voluntary re-zoning to MU-R. <br />. engage with RTD regarding the site. <br />. Benefits to the City include: <br />o The site would be developed with a PUD per the City requirements. <br />o Economic Development <br />o Clean up the site <br />. Benefit to Aggregate Industries <br />o Clean site for development <br />o The MU-R zone district is well defined for the type of permitted <br />development <br />o The potential partnership with RTD. <br /> <br />Carlos Hernandez, 525 Hoptree Ct., Louisville, stated he is a member of the Louisville <br />Revitalization Commission.
