<br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />MAY 24, 2007 <br />Page 5 of 5 <br /> <br />Wood reviewed the June 14th agenda. The commission discussed their availability for an <br />additional meeting in June. Sheets and McA vinew stated they would not be available on June <br />21 st. Pritchard stated he would not be available on June 28th. <br /> <br />The following items are tentatively scheduled for July 12,2007: <br /> <br />'" Steve and Judy Taylor (225 Roosevelt) - 225 Roosevelt, Lot 1, Block 1, Kimberly <br />Subdivision; a request to subdivide Lot 1, Block 1, Kimberly Subdivision (225 <br />Roosevelt). The lot is 14,857 SF in area and the current zoning is residential medium <br />density. Case #07-011-FP. <br />. Applicant and Owner: Steve & Judy Taylor <br />. Representative: Rich Trevino <br />. Case Manager: Paul Wood, Planning Director <br /> <br />'" Waterloo Icehouse - 809 Main St., North 1Iz of Lot 12, Block 5, Town of Louisville; <br />a request for a special review use to add approximately 700 SF of outside patio dining <br />to the rear of the subject property. The area will also include an 8' x 12' walk-in <br />freezer to be located in the northwest corner of the patio. Case #07-0 12-UR. <br />. Applicant and Representative: Waterloo Icehouse, Inc. (Louis Karp) <br />. Owner: Tebo Partnership, Lllp <br />. Case Manager: Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br /> <br />Wood briefly discussed the agenda that is tentatively set for July 12, 2007. <br /> <br />Staff Comments <br /> <br />'" Discussion regarding agenda items for June 14,2007. Possible dates for another <br />meeting in June includes June 21 st and June 28th. <br /> <br />Based on the discussion regarding the availability of members for an additional meeting in June, <br />Pritchard moved and Loo seconded a motion to continue Resolution NO.30 to the June 28th <br />instead of the June 14th meeting. Motion passed by voice vote <br /> <br />'" Discussion / summary of the May 22, 2007 Public Workshop regarding the <br />parking of motor vehicles, boats, trailers, etc. on private property within front and <br />side yard setbacks. <br /> <br />Wood stated there were approximately 35 attendees. Another public workshop will be scheduled <br />for mid-September. Two items identified as needing additional clarity include better definitions <br />for what we are actually regulating and the number of units per property. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Comments <br /> <br />Lipton stated his interest is starting the Planning Commission meeting at 6:00 PM. He requested <br />a discussion at the next regular meeting. <br /> <br />McA vinew, Sheets and Pritchard expressed concerns with the crosswalk and crosswalk signs <br />with the flashing lights. It was the general consensus that pedestrian and bicyclists are not using <br />them correctly. They also felt they are difficult to see especially when the sun is shining on the <br />sIgn. <br /> <br />Discussion Items for Next Meeting - None heard. <br /> <br />Adjournment - Pritchard moved and McAvinew seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting. <br />Lipton adjourned the meeting. <br />
