A minor subdivision replat to relocate the existing <br />common interior property line eight (8) feet north. Case #07-017-FP/FS. <br />. Applicant: CTC Commercial One, LLC and CTC Commercial Two, LLC (Steve Meyers) <br />. Owner: Colorado Tech Land Company, LLC (Jon Lee) <br />. Representative: JM Associates, Inc. (Jerry Moore) <br />. Case Manager: Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br /> <br />Wood reviewed the August 9th agenda and stated everything was on track for the meeting. He <br />also inquired about the possibility of an overflow meeting for August. <br /> <br />Sheets stated she would not be available for an overflow. <br /> <br />All the other Commissioners that were present stated they would be able to attend the August 9th <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Lipton also reminded the Commission that by starting at 6:00 PM the need for an overflow <br />meeting might not be necessary. <br /> <br />Staff Comments <br />No comments. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Comments <br />No comments. <br /> <br />Discussion Items for Next Meeting <br />None heard. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />Loo moved and Dalton seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting. Lipton adjourned the meeting <br />at 9:30 PM. <br />
