The applicant, Koelbel and Company is requesting a final planned unit development <br />(PUD) request for a new flex office building at 282 Century Drive. <br />. Property is located at the southeast corner of Century Place and Century Drive, Lots <br />4-6, Block 1, Centennial Valley Business Park Filing No.1. <br />. The project proposes the construction of one (1) single story 62,350 SF building. <br />. A Covenant Agreement will be required to consolidate the three lots into one <br />property. <br />. The roadway system and utility infrastructure are in place and sized adequately to <br />service the proposed building. <br />. The building massing is reduced in scale through variations in color, step backs in the <br />building footprint and variations in roof forms. <br />. The rear of the building will offer the same building materials and colors as the front. <br />
