• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. Subsection N of Section 3.18.030 of the Louisville Municipal Code is <br /> hereby repealed and re-enacted to read in full as follows: <br /> 3.18.030 Definitions. <br /> For the purposes of this Chapter, the following terms shall have the following <br /> meanings: <br /> N. Impact Fee Study. The study entitled City of Louisville, Colorado Impact <br /> Fees,prepared by TischlerBise dated August 25, 2011. <br /> Section 2. Subsection Y of Section 3.18.030 of the Louisville Municipal Code is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows (worded deleted are str-ieken—thfough; words added are <br /> underlined): <br /> Y. Transportation Capital Facilities. <br /> The preliminary engineering, engineering design studies, land surveys, alignment <br /> • studies, engineering, permitting and construction of all necessary features for any <br /> road on the City's Road System, undertaken to accommodate additional traffic <br /> (through the provision of additional capacity) resulting from new Impact- <br /> Generating Development in the City. Transportation Capital Facilities include but <br /> are not limited to: (a) construction of new through lanes; (b) construction of new <br /> bridges; (c) construction of new drainage facilities in conjunction with new road <br /> construction; (d) purchase and installation of traffic signals, including new and <br /> upgraded signalization; (e) construction of curbs, gutters, sidewalks, medians and <br /> shoulders in conjunction with new road construction; (f) relocating utilities to <br /> accommodate new road construction; (g) the construction and reconstruction of <br /> intersections; (h) the widening of existing roads; (i) bus turnouts; (j) acceleration <br /> and deceleration lanes; (k) interchanges; an4 (1) traffic control devices ; and (m) <br /> bicycle and pedestrian improvements that the City determines are not site-related <br /> improvements. Transportation Capital Facilities also include all rights-of-way <br /> necessary for the expansion or construction of a road on the City's Road System. <br /> For the purposes of this Chapter, Site-Related Improvements shall not constitute <br /> Transportation Capital Facilities. <br /> Section 3. Subsection C.1 of Section 3.18.140 of the Louisville Municipal Code is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows (worded deleted are stricken th..oug ; words added are <br /> underlined): <br /> • C.
