Louisville City Council Meeting <br />May 16, 2000 <br />Page 12. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator reported on matters, to be discussed at Council's May <br />23, 2000 worksession. Simmons stated that in addition to discussion on Ordinance No. <br />1339, Series 2000, Council will meet with the Planning Commission, review the <br />estimates for the downtown parking proposal and the City Clerk will discuss the mail <br />ballot election costs with regard to the 2001 Coordinated Election.. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Howard asked for Council consideration in approving a multi-year contract for senior <br />citizen charter transportation. <br /> <br />Davidson commented that a multi-year contract could be reviewed at the time of the <br />annual budget appropriation. He noted that any multi-year contract would be subject to <br />future Councils' approval. <br /> <br />Sisk reported that the local high school celebrated prom last weekend and that the after <br />prom activities at the Recreation Center was a great success. He commended and <br />thanked the sponsors of the event and the Staff at the Recreation Center. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br />favor. <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council adjourn (8:05 p.m.), seconded by Keany.
