Notice of Final Determination as to the Acquisition of Real Estate - Pursuant to Section 2.92.010 of the Louisville Municipal Code, Notice Must be Given that at its September 6, 2005 Regular Meeting, the Louisville City Council Will Make a Final Determination as to the Acquisition of Fee Title to a Certain Parcel of Land Totaling 2,800 Square Feet, More or Less, and located Between Roosevelt and the Warembourg Property South of Bella Vista Drive, for Potential Use for Construction of the Coal Creek Regional Trail and Other Governmental Purposes PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Paul Casey, 267 Harper Street, Louisville, CO addressed the sale of a property in Louisville and voiced his concern over its development. He expressed his desire for the City to acquire the property. He asked the City to enter into a discussion relative to this property and investigate a right of first refusal. Mayor Sisk explained the Charter prohibits discussion on non-agenda items. City Manager Simmons stated the property in question is located at the intersection of Via Appia and South Boulder Road. He stated his understanding the property is already under contract, and noted the property is zoned R-M, Residential Medium Density. Doug Grinbergs, 530 W. Sycamore Circle, Louisville, CO, commented on the City's Technology Plan, and noted Google's search engine could be used on the City's Webpage free of charge. COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Mayor Sisk reminded Council and members of the public of the Fall Festival activities planned for the Labor Day Weekend. REGULAR BUSINESS 2005 CITYWIDE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE PUBLIC HEARING (advertised Daily Camera 6/09/05 and 7/06/05) continued from 7/05/05, 7/12/05 & 8/02/05 Mayor Sisk opened the public hearing and requested a Staff presentation.
