Notice of Final Determination as to the Acquisition of Real <br />Estate - Pursuant to Section 2.92.010 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code, Notice Must be Given that at its September 6, <br />2005 Regular Meeting, the Louisville City Council Will Make a <br />Final Determination as to the Acquisition of Fee Title to a <br />Certain Parcel of Land Totaling 2,800 Square Feet, More or <br />Less, and located Between Roosevelt and the Warembourg <br />Property South of Bella Vista Drive, for Potential Use for <br />Construction of the Coal Creek Regional Trail and Other <br />Governmental Purposes <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Paul Casey, 267 Harper Street, Louisville, CO addressed the sale of a property <br />in Louisville and voiced his concern over its development. He expressed his <br />desire for the City to acquire the property. He asked the City to enter into a <br />discussion relative to this property and investigate a right of first refusal. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk explained the Charter prohibits discussion on non-agenda items. <br /> <br />City Manager Simmons stated the property in question is located at the <br />intersection of Via Appia and South Boulder Road. He stated his understanding <br />the property is already under contract, and noted the property is zoned R-M, <br />Residential Medium Density. <br /> <br />Doug Grinbergs, 530 W. Sycamore Circle, Louisville, CO, commented on the <br />City's Technology Plan, and noted Google's search engine could be used on the <br />City's Webpage free of charge. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br />THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk reminded Council and members of the public of the Fall Festival <br />activities planned for the Labor Day Weekend. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />2005 CITYWIDE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING (advertised Daily Camera 6/09/05 and 7/06/05) continued <br />from 7/05/05, 7/12/05 & 8/02/05 <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk opened the public hearing and requested a Staff presentation. <br />
