Approve the Rescheduling of the Vote for Mayor Pro Tem to February 7, 2012 PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Michael Menaker, 1827 W. Choke Cherry Drive, Louisville, CO a City owned and maintained noise abatement fence. The fence is in disrepair and the City is requiring the property owners to make repairs to the fence at their expense. He requested the City assume their obligation to repair and pay for the fence. Councilor Sackett inquired how the City would process this request. City Manager Fleming stated staff will prepare a written report and provide background information on the issue and Council can then decide whether they wish to take action. Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy Avenue, Louisville, CO continued the filibuster he began on April 6, 2010 relative to his belief there is collusion between Comcast, the City of Louisville and the Greater Metro Telecommunication Consortium to protect the interest of Comcast Cable Television and not the interests of the Louisville citizens. He addressed City Manager Flemings comments about him at the last Council meeting for which he was not allowed to respond to. He voiced his belief the City Manager was hired and is evaluated without a public process. He distributed a letter, which requested the City enforce Section 5.22.050 E. 3 and Section 5.22.050.E.2.of the Louisville 411 Municipal Code.
