Approve the Rescheduling of the Vote for Mayor Pro Tem to February 7, <br /> 2012 <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> Michael Menaker, 1827 W. Choke Cherry Drive, Louisville, CO a City owned and <br /> maintained noise abatement fence. The fence is in disrepair and the City is requiring <br /> the property owners to make repairs to the fence at their expense. He requested the <br /> City assume their obligation to repair and pay for the fence. <br /> Councilor Sackett inquired how the City would process this request. City Manager <br /> Fleming stated staff will prepare a written report and provide background information on <br /> the issue and Council can then decide whether they wish to take action. <br /> Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy Avenue, Louisville, CO continued the filibuster he began on <br /> April 6, 2010 relative to his belief there is collusion between Comcast, the City of <br /> Louisville and the Greater Metro Telecommunication Consortium to protect the interest <br /> of Comcast Cable Television and not the interests of the Louisville citizens. He <br /> addressed City Manager Flemings comments about him at the last Council meeting for <br /> which he was not allowed to respond to. He voiced his belief the City Manager was <br /> hired and is evaluated without a public process. He distributed a letter, which requested <br /> the City enforce Section 5.22.050 E. 3 and Section 5.22.050.E.2.of the Louisville <br /> 411 Municipal Code. He stated he would stand in witness to the longtime practice of <br />
