RESOLUTION NO. 6 <br /> SERIES 2012 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION PLAT - LOT LINE <br /> ADJUSTMENT FOR LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 8, IN THE HILLSBOROUGH WEST 1 <br /> SUBDIVISION <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application for <br /> approval of a minor subdivision plat — lot line adjustment for Lots 17 and 18, Block 8, in the <br /> Hillsborough West 1 Subdivision, located in north Louisville; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Section 16.12.110 of the Louisville Municipal Code (LMC) outlines the <br /> procedures for making minor a subdivision plat- lot line adjustment; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the requested lot line adjustment qualifies a minor subdivision plat <br /> consistent with criteria established in the LMC for a minor subdivision.
