RESOLUTION NO. 13 <br /> SERIES 2012 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE COAL CREEK GOLF COURSE <br /> IMPROVEMENT PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville awarded a contract to Herfort Norby, Golf Course <br /> Architects for Professional Services to develop a Coal Creek Golf Course Improvement Plan;and <br /> WHEREAS, the Golf Course Architect worked with the Golf Course Advisory Board and <br /> staff to identify, evaluate, and develop a plan that identifies issues and infrastructure challenges at <br /> Coal Creek Golf Course;and <br /> WHEREAS, Herfort Norby, Golf Course Architects engaged the men's league, women's <br /> league, Western Golf Properties, citizens and other stakeholders and completed a customer survey; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Golf Course Architect, the Golf Course Advisory Board and staff <br /> incorporated this data into a Golf Course Improvement Plan to identify, prioritize, and provide <br /> preliminary cost estimates for a phased program of improvements to Coal Creek Golf Course and <br /> recommends approval by the Mayor and City Council; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE MAYOR AND CITY <br /> COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: does hereby approve and adopt <br /> the Coal Creek Golf Course Improvement Plan as a guide to prioritize improvements and funding <br /> for the Coal Creek Golf Course and an aid in evaluating the relative merits of requests for funding <br /> tho - ' •rovements in addition to other City services and facilities. <br /> es' '" 1 AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 2012. <br /> • <br /> SEAL <br /> • Robert P Muckle,Mayor <br /> \ATTEST:. <br /> •. . 1404° <br /> III <br /> 4 ancy Varra, 1 ity Clerk <br /> Resolution No.13,Series 2012 <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
