<br />Item VI – Open Government Pamphlet and training attendance – <br />1. Ken stated that we have three board members, Tom Deany, Perry Nelson <br />and Sandy Stewart who will need to attend the training session in the <br />spring. <br />Item VII –2012 Schedule and location of GCAB meetings – <br />1. All meetings will be held in the first floor library meeting room on the third <br />Monday of each month starting at 6:30 PM except when the room is <br />preempted by City Council or City work schedule is such that the City <br />offices & Library are closed and then the meeting will be moved to the <br />Spruce Room at City Hall on the same date and time or rescheduled to <br />another date as necessary providing adequate notice as required in the <br />Open Government regulations. Nimira to please make reservations and <br />advise dates and locations confirmed with overhead projection capability <br />in either location. Our intent is generally NOT to hold a meeting in <br />December if it conflicts with Christmas week activities or to reschedule <br />date if meeting is needed due to workload commitments. <br />2. Agendas and any material to be discussed to be provided to City staff <br />liaison office the Tuesday prior to our next scheduled meeting so as to be <br />posted at required City locations by someone on City staff to wit: <br />i. City Hall <br />ii. Library <br />iii. Recreation/Senior Center <br />iv. Police Department/Court <br />v. City web site (www.LouisvilleCO.gov) <br />Item VIII – Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda - <br />1. No comments <br />Item IX – Board Updates – <br />1. No Board updates. <br />Item X – Staff Updates – <br />1. Joe Stevens informed the board that WGP is two months or $60,000 in <br />arrears in their payments to the City. They have missed November and <br />December payments. Joe Stevens recently wrote a letter to Bobby Heath <br />telling him that he must be current by 1/30/2012 including interest and <br />penalties or the contract is terminated at that time for cause and the City <br />will take over the operation of the golf course. <br />2.
