Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 19, 2011 <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 <br />PM <br />Call to Order – Chairperson Peter Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:01 PM. <br />Roll Call: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Peter Stewart, Mike Koertje, Steve Poppitz, Florian Speier, Heather Lewis <br />andJessica Fasick <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />None <br />City Representatives: <br />Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Koertje made a motion to approve the agenda as presented and Fasick seconded the <br />motion. Motion approved by voice vote. <br />Approval of Minutes November 21, 2011 <br />Koertje recommended a minor change then made a motion to approve. Fasick <br />seconded the motion. Motion was approved by voice vote. <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />None heard. <br />Update – Commercial Incentives <br />McCartney presented the packet information. <br />Speier questions about the matching funds requirement, referring to the attached <br />matrix, asking whatwould trigger a cash match. <br />Stewart stated he believed $21,900 was too much of an entitlement and believed cash <br />match should begin right after the incentives process.
