<br />provided in the City of Louisville Commercial Development Design <br />Standards and Guidelines; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council has provided notice of a public hearing <br />on said amendments by publication as provided by law and held a <br />public hearing as provided in said notice; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission, after notice and <br />hearing, has recommended the City Council's approval of amendments <br />to the zoning ordinance of the City as set forth in this ordinance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Subsection B of Section 17.28.020 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows <br />(words deleted are stricken through; words added are underlined) : <br /> <br />17.28.020 Scope. <br /> <br />B. Except for those requirements specifically waived or <br />modified in the planned unit development process approved <br />hereunder. the yard and bulk requirements stated in Chapter <br />17.12~ aftd Chapter 17.13. and adopted City development design <br />standards and guidelines shall apply to application~ under <br />this Chapter. In the event of conflict between the yard and <br />bulk re~irements stated in Chapter 17.12 or Chapter 17.13 and <br />adopted City development design standards and guidelines. the <br />most restrictive requirement shall take precedence and shall <br />apply., except for those requireffients specifically waived in <br />the planned unit development plan approved hereunder. <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 17.28.030 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows (words deleted are <br />stricken through; words added are underlined) : <br /> <br />17.28.030 Types Of Planned Unit Developments Overlays: <br /> <br />A. The following types of planned unit developments may <br />be established by overlaying a PUD development plan over the <br />applicable existing zoning district or districts. The overlays <br />are as follows: <br />1. PUD-R planned residential district over A, R-E, R-R, <br />R-L, R-M, R-H. PCZD-R and any SF Districts; <br />2. PUD-C planned commercial district over C-N, C-C, C- <br />B, PCZD-C, 0 and AOT Districts; and <br />3. PUD-I planned industrial district over I and PCZD-I <br />Districts. <br /> <br />Section 3. Subsection A of Section 17.28.050 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows <br />(words deleted are stricken through; words added are underlined) : <br /> <br />2 <br />
