<br />11111111111111I11111111 ::~O:!;~~,~ <br /> <br />Boulder County Clerkl CO ORD R 1S,QQ D Q,QQ <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1235 <br />SERIES 1996 <br /> <br />J; <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE MARTENS ANNEXATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition for annexation of certain property, described in Section 1 of <br />this ordinance, and known as the Martens Annexation, was filed with the City Council of the <br />City of Louisville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said property was annexed to the City by ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council must provide for the zoning of said property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council provided notice of the public hearing on said zoning by <br />publication as provided by law; and <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no protests were received by the City pursuant to C.R.S. ~31-23-305; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the landowners of said property requested an Agriculture - (A) zoning <br />classification in the petition to annex said property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Agriculture (A) zoning classification is consistent with the City's plan <br />for the area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission recommended the City Council's <br />approval of an Agriculture (A) classification. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That certain property known as the Martens Annexation, the legal <br />description of which is set forth below, is hereby zoned Agriculture (A) pursuant to the zoning <br />ordinances of the City, and the City zoning map shall be amended accordingly. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />See Attached Exhibit A <br /> <br />Section 2.
