Call to Order <br /> – Chairperson Tom Davinroy called the meeting to order at 7 <br />pm. <br /> <br />II. Roll Call <br /> was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Board Members Present: Tom Davinroy, Alison Gorsevski, Justin <br /> <br />McClure, Linda Smith, Helen Moshak, Mike Schantz <br /> <br /> <br />Board Members Absent: David Waldman (resigned) and Spencer Guthrie <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull & Joe Stevens <br /> <br />III. Approval of Meeting Minutes <br />– Linda moved to approve the minutes from <br />the Nov. 9, 2011 meeting. Justin seconded. Minutes were approved as <br />amended. <br /> <br /> Amendments: <br /> Para. V, point III, (d) – The Board supports Staff’s interest in <br />o <br />exploring the option of using prescribed fire as a management tool <br />on Louisville Open Space. <br /> <br />IV. Approval of Meeting Minutes <br />– Linda moved to approve the minutes from <br />the Oct. 14, 2011 meeting. Helen seconded. Minutes were approved as written. <br /> <br />V.
