The City Council may submit additional ballot <br />issues or other referred measures to appear on the ballot of the <br />special municipal election by the adoption of an appropriate <br />resolution or ordinance as required by law. <br /> <br />Section 5. <br />hereby authorized <br />appropriate action <br />in accordance with <br /> <br />The officers and employees of the City are <br />and directed to take all necessary and <br />to effectuate the provisions of this Ordinance <br />Colorado law. <br /> <br />Section 6. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be <br />invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity <br />of the remaining portions of this ordinance.
