<br />#01638375 08/30/96 08:22 AM REAL ESTATE RECORDS <br />F2152 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER <br /> <br />~- , <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1221 <br />SERIES 1996 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN ANNEXATION, KNOWN AS THE <br />SOUTHEAST LOUISVILLE ANNEXATION - SOUTH 96TH STREET & -7 <br />DILLON ROAD NO.2, TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition for annexation of certain unincorporated <br />property, to be the second of two parcels to be annexed in a <br />series, and known as the Southeast Louisville Annexation - South <br />96th Street & Dillon Road No.2, and described in Exhibit A <br />attached hereto, has been filed with the City Council of the City <br />of Louisville by the Boulder County Board of County Commissioners; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owners of one hundred percent of the area have <br />petitioned for annexation to the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is desirous of annexing the described <br />property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, four (4) copies of an annexation map of the area, as <br />required by law, were filed with the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, not less than one-sixth of the perimeter of the area <br />proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City of Louisville as <br />required by C.R.S. ~31-12-104(1) (a), this parcel being the second <br />of two parcels to be annexed in a series; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a community of interest exists between the area <br />proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the area proposed to be annexed is urban; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the area proposed to be annexed is integrated with or <br />is capable of being integrated with the City of Louisville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the annexation of the territory proposed to be <br />annexed will not result in the detachment of ar~9 from any school <br />district; and <br /> <br />1 <br />
