<br />RESOLUTION NO. 70 <br />SERIES 1996 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUILDING VALUATION DATA FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF COMPUTING BUILDING PERMIT AND PLAN REVIEW <br />FEES FOR SINGLE-FAMILY AND MUL TIFAMIL Y DWELLINGS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 15.04.100 ofthe Louisville Municipal Code, provides that the value <br />to be used in computing building permit and building plan review fees for single-family and <br />multifamily dwellings shall be the total value of all construction work for which the permit is <br />issued, as well as other specified types of work, as determined by the most recent edition of the <br />"Building Valuation Data," Building Standards Magazine, approved from time to time by <br />resolution of the Louisville City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to implement approve and adopt the 1996 edition <br />of the Building Standards Magazine, "Building Valuation Data" table. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the authority described in Louisvile Municipal Code sectuib 15.04.100, <br />and other lawful authority of the Louisville City Council, and for the purpose of making the <br />computations described in Section 15.04.100 of the Louisville Municipal Code, as amended, the <br />Louisville City Council hereby approves use within the City of Louisville of the "Building <br />Valuation Data" appearing in the March-April 1996 edition of Building Standards, the <br />International Magazine for Building Officials, published by the International Conference of <br />Building Officials, 5360 Workman Mill Road, Whittier, California. <br /> <br />2. The class of construction to be used in such computations, as it appears in said <br />"Building Valuation Data," shall be "Good" construction. <br /> <br />1 <br />
