<br />RESOLUTION NO. 62 <br />SERIES 1996 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />NATIONAL SPECIALTY LIGHTING <br />LOT 12 , BLK 4, CTC <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Edward Cook. <br />a Final PUD Development Plan for Lot 12, Block 4, CTC; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville <br />zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan should be <br />approved, subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1. A certificate shall be added to the approved PUD for the Owner's signature. <br /> <br />2. The PUD shall be revised to reflect three poles lights and a maximum of 10 wall mounted <br />light. All wall mounted lights to be a have a maximum wattage of 100 watts, with the <br />exception of 175 watts for the lights over the loading areas. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Final PUD Development Plan for National Specialty <br />Lighting.
