<br />RESOLUTION NO. 52 <br />SERIES 1996 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE BOULDER COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDER FOR THE <br />CONDUCT AND ADMINISTRATION OF A COORDINATED ELECTION TO <br />BE HELD NOVEMBER 5, 1996. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City will hold an election on November 5, 1996 as <br />a coordinated election pursuant to the Uniform Election Code of <br />1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the attached Intergovernmental Agreement By and <br />Between the City of Louisville and the Boulder County Clerk and <br />Recorder for the conduct and administration of the coordinated <br />election to be held November 5, 1996 ( "Intergovernmental <br />Agreement") provides for the conduct and financing of such <br />coordinated election. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. The attached Intergovernmental Agreement is <br />hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign <br />the Intergovernmental Agreement on behalf of the City of <br />Louisville. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 1996. <br /> <br />7 (1"l'>1 D~ <br /> <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br />
