Award Landscape Maintenance Service Contracts to CoCal Landscape <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> No comments. <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br /> AGENDA <br /> Mayor Muckle reported he, City Manager Fleming and Deputy City Manager Balser <br /> attended the RTD FasTracks Monitoring Committee meeting this afternoon. The <br /> purpose of the meeting was to discuss the RTD Staff recommendation of the FasTracks <br /> Hybrid Option (4) to complete a segment of the Northwest rail line to Church Ranch in <br /> Westminster by 2020-2022 and build BRT service to the northwest corridor by 2020. <br /> RTD projects the last phase of the rail system in the northwest corridor will be built <br /> between 2028 and 2034. The US 36 Mayor/Commissioners Coalition agreed to support <br /> the Rail/BRT Option through the DRCOG process of evaluation and funding analysis. <br /> The US 36 Mayors/ Commissioners will continue to work with the RTD staff on the <br /> segmented rail option in the northwest corridor. The RTD FasTracks Monitoring <br /> Committee will make a recommendation before the entire RTD Board on March 27, <br /> 2012. <br /> CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />
