Absent: Councilor Yarnell. <br /> RESOLUTION No. 29, SERIES 2012 — A RESOLUTION CONCERNING A MINOR <br /> SUBDIVISION PLAT AND AN AMENDMENT TO THE PARBOIS PLACE PLANNED <br /> UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO SUBDIVIDE A PORTION OF BLOCK 2, ACME <br /> TERRACE ADDITION LOCATED AT 533 COUNTY ROAD INTO TWO SEPARATE <br /> LOTS, REPLAT THE PARBOIS PLACE SUBDIVISION, AND INCLUDE THE TWO <br /> NEW LOTS IN THE PARBOIS PLACE PUD <br /> Mayor Muckle requested a staff presentation. <br /> Planning Director Russ explained the request is for approval of a minor subdivision plat <br /> and an amendment to the Parbois Place Planned Unit Development to subdivide a <br /> portion of Block 2, Acme Terrace addition, located at 533 County Road into two <br /> separate lots, The 14,573 square foot lot is currently unplatted and is contiguous to the <br /> south side of the Parbois Place subdivision. It contains a two story single family house, <br /> and a two story detached garage with living space on the second floor. The single family <br /> home is accessed from County Road, and the garage is accessed from the alley to the <br /> west of the property. The property is zoned Residential Medium Density (RM) and <br /> subject to the Old Town Overlay District requirements. <br /> The original home was built in 1953 and in 2007 a garage was built as an accessory <br />
