Renewal Application –Clover Clan LLC d/b/a Old Louisville Inn – <br />Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License –740 Front Street <br /> <br />Gunningcalled for any changes to the consent agenda. Liptonmoved to approve the <br />consent agenda.Rommelfangerseconded. All in favor.Consent agenda approved. <br />Authority Business <br />A.Transfer Application–Best Chef Restaurant LLC d/b/a Parma Trattoria <br />Mozzarella Bar –Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License –1132 W. Dillon Road <br />Unit 1 <br />Chairperson Gunning introduced the transfer of the liquor license. He reminded the <br />Authority this was the license the landlord now holds. He asked if anyone in the <br />audience wanted to speak in support of the application. <br />Emilio Perna, one of the owners of the restaurant, introduced himself to the Authority. <br />He stated this would be an Italian restaurant and thought it was a good addition to the <br />City. He remarked he had TIPS(Training for Intervention ProcedureS)training and felt <br />he would be aware of the issues concerned with alcohol service. <br />Rommelfanger asked about the hours of serviceand happy hour. Mr. Perna responded <br />the plan was to be a family establishment and open for lunch from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM <br />and dinner service 3:30 –10 PM. He stated happy hour would be aboutfood, not drinks. <br />Rommelfanger asked the applicant if the patio as noted in the diagram was fenced. Mr. <br />Perna responded it was fenced and only accessible from inside the restaurant. <br />Authority Attorney noted a report from the fingerprinting and asked Secretary Hanson to <br />show the applicant. Mr. Perna responded there was an issue with his visa in 2000, but <br />wastaken care of and he was now a permanent resident. <br />Rommelfanger moved the Authority approve the transfer of the Hotel and Restaurant <br />liquor license to Parma Trattoria Mozzarella Bar.Carlsonseconded. Roll Call Vote: <br />Lipton –yes, Rommelfanger –yes, Gunning –yes and Carlson–yes. Transfer <br />approved. <br />Police Department Reports <br />A.Incident Report –Centennial–10/2/11 <br />This incident involved the police being dispatched to the area of the establishment on <br />report of a possible DUI. <br />Carlson noted the establishment called the police and felt it was to their credit. <br />Rommelfanger agreed and the Authority decidedthere was to be no further action taken <br />on this report. <br />B.Incident Report –Ralphie’s–11/1/11 <br />An officer responded to the sound of screaming and the party reported they had been <br />drinking at the establishment. Authority members noted there was no follow up with the <br />establishment and no indication of intoxication. No further action was needed. <br /> <br />
