She said the Big Red <br />F was supplying food as well asexperienced and trained servers. <br />Machado moved to approve the Special Events Permit for Impact on Education. <br />Gunning seconded. Roll Call Vote: Machado –yes, Rommelfanger –yes, Lipton <br />–yes, Wilson –yes and Rommelfanger –yes. <br />C.2011Annual Report <br />Wilson congratulated Chairperson Gunning on a good report. Rommelfanger <br />and Gunning thanked Secretary Hanson for keeping track and compiling the <br />information for the report. Rommelfangermoved the Authority approve the 2011 <br />Annual Report and forward it to City Council. Wilsonseconded.All in favor. <br />D.Discussion/Direction –Citizen Survey Questions <br />Staff presented a copy of the previous citizen survey and asked the Authority <br />members to consider any questions to forward toCouncil for possible inclusion in <br />the next survey. Authority member discussion resulted in the following two <br />questions to pass on for Council consideration: <br />-Would you like to see the downtown temporary street patios become <br />permanent? <br />-How important are the Street Faires to you as a citizen? <br />E.Set Boundaries of the Neighborhood and Public Hearing -Application for <br />New Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License-La Vida LLC d/b/a La Buena <br />Vida –1156 W. Dillon Road #4 <br />Wilson moved the boundaries of the neighborhood be set as the City limits of the <br />City of Louisville and the public hearing be set for the next meeting of the <br />Authority, February 27, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. Lipton seconded. All in favor. <br />Police Department Reports <br />No reports. <br />Secretary’s Report <br />Hanson pointed outthe 2012Open Government and Ethics Pamphlet was <br />included in the packet. She reported a Colorado winery was again going to use <br />The Fork for their offsite distribution point and be part of a dinner at the location <br />on Main Street. <br />Authority Attorney’s Report <br /> <br />
