Colorado Dragon Boat Festival <br />Imagination Makers Theater Company <br />In order for CAST 3 to be recognized and actively represent Tier III throughout the SCFD reauthorization <br />process, we must continue to grow our membership as quickly as possible. We have until the end of April to <br />register 150 Tier III organizations! <br />Currently, all of our efforts are volunteer led. If we are going to accomplish our goal of registering 150 <br />organizations, we will need your help! First, you can start by registering your organization as a CAST 3 <br />member. If you agree with the CAST 3 mission, please complete the membership form and fax/email it to us as <br />soon as possible. Remember, there is NO MEMBERSHIP FEE to join CAST 3! <br />The next crucial step is to reach out to other Tier III organizations and motivate them to join. Increasing <br />our membership is crucial in creating an organization that is truly representative of all Tier IIIs and has a <br />collective voice in the SCFD reauthorization process. <br />Please review the enclosed attachments for further information: <br />1.
