<br />RESOLUTION NO. 50 <br />SERIES 1996 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />NATURE'S APOTHECARY <br />LOT 8, BLK 3, CTC <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by the Lee & Judith Weldon <br />Family Trust a Final PUD Development Plan for Nature's Apothecary; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville <br />zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan should be <br />approved, subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1.
