Agenda approved. <br />Approval of the February 28, 2012 Minutes <br />Colleen made a motion to "approve the February 28, 2012 minutes, Walt seconded. Minutes approved: <br />Matters from Members of the Public <br />There were no matters from members of the public. <br />Director's Update <br />This meeting is to give the board more time prior to the April 24th' meeting to review the letter and address <br />the LHC issues associated with the tax credit partnership: At the end of the month we will have our <br />regular monthly meeting. At that. meeting, Clifford Larson will present the two tax credit and LHA audits. <br />Frank introduced Willa Williford, new Housing Division Director, to the board. <br />Jeremy answered a question from Walt regarding an encroachment issue on an LHA property. He said <br />that the issue is two years old, and involves a neighbor who said he can build his driveway there. The <br />initial survey indicated that he could build there: That survey could be wrong and we are having another <br />survey, done now. . <br />Terry said that this property has been in existence for 30 years and why would this be the other ovvler's <br />property instead of ours.
